About Us
Managing Director - Jessica Harvey-Smith
Jessica holds an MA in Philosophy from Edinburgh
University and a Diploma in Law from City University, where she
won the Criminal
Law prize. She taught English for a year in Szechuan, China.
Jessica is a former European Debating Championship
semi-finalist, winner of World Masters in 2006 and has adjudicated
major finals at school and university level across the world.
Director of Education and Training - Neill
Harvey-Smith
Neill is Chair of the World Debating Council, a
former World Championship grand finalist, World Masters Champion
and winner of the John Smith Memorial Mace in both England &
Wales and Scotland. He was Chair of the Grand Final at the 2004
World Debating Championships in Singapore, having previously adjudicated
the Grand Finals of Worlds, the European Championships, the International
Mace. As a student he won around 25 inter-varsity debating competitions.
Neill has gained extensive consultancy and training
experience with Cahro, Intowork and Procter & Gamble, where
he was a Human Resource Manager. He has written widely on business
and politics and ran his own HR consultancy business, HR3. Neill
was also a TEFL teacher for 2 years in Poland.
